At BLACK THAI MERCH, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or defective items only.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

⚠️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider (processing times vary)
  • If the issue persists, contact us
